Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms govern access to and use of Moveset, a service operated by Prescient AI. By using Moveset, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Moveset for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

Accounts and connected services

You are responsible for your account, authorized users, credentials, and the accuracy of information you provide. You may connect third-party services, including Meta. Your use of those services remains subject to their terms, and you authorize Moveset to access and process connected data only as needed to provide the service.

Recommendations and advertising actions

Moveset may provide forecasts, estimates, and recommended advertising actions. These outputs are probabilistic and do not guarantee performance. You remain responsible for reviewing decisions, budgets, settings, legal requirements, and advertising results. Moveset will execute an advertising change only through an authorized workflow and within the permissions granted to the service.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, bypass security or access controls, access data without authorization, reverse engineer protected portions of the service except where law permits, or use Moveset in violation of law or third-party rights.

Ownership and feedback

Prescient AI and its licensors retain rights in Moveset, including its software, interfaces, and documentation. You retain rights in your data. You grant Prescient AI the limited rights needed to process your data and operate the service. If you provide feedback, we may use it without restriction or obligation.

Service changes and availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may impose reasonable limits to protect the service. We work to keep Moveset available and reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable and is provided on an “as available” basis.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Prescient AI disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or advertising outcomes arising from use of Moveset. Any applicable liability will be limited as provided in your separate agreement with Prescient AI or, if none exists, to amounts paid for the service during the preceding twelve months.

Termination

You may stop using Moveset at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, unlawful use, or nonpayment, subject to any applicable customer agreement. Provisions intended by their nature to survive termination will continue to apply.
