Overview

Prescient AI operates Moveset, a platform that helps customers understand and manage advertising performance. This policy explains what information we process, why we process it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

• Account information: name, email address, organization, authentication data, and account preferences.
• Connected advertising data: Meta account, campaign, ad set, ad, and creative identifiers; settings; delivery and performance metrics; creative assets; and related account structure that you authorize Moveset to access.
• Product activity: forecasts, recommendations, approvals, execution records, monitoring results, and interactions with the service.
• Technical information: device, browser, IP address, logs, and diagnostic information used to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

We use information to provide, maintain, secure, and improve Moveset; connect authorized advertising accounts; generate forecasts and recommendations; carry out actions you approve; monitor results; provide support; and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information or connected Meta advertising data. We do not use connected advertising data to advertise to you or on behalf of another customer.

Meta Platform data

Moveset accesses Meta Platform data only after an authorized user connects an account and grants the required permissions. We use that data to provide the features requested by the customer and handle it in accordance with Meta's applicable platform terms. You may disconnect Meta access through Moveset or Meta's business settings.

How we share information

We may share information with service providers that support hosting, authentication, analytics, security, and customer support under appropriate contractual restrictions. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not share one customer's connected advertising data with another customer.

Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, satisfy contractual and legal requirements, resolve disputes, and maintain security and audit records. To request access, correction, export, or deletion of your information or connected Meta data, email privacy@prescient-ai.io. We may retain limited records where required by law or for legitimate security and compliance purposes.

Security and international processing

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure. Information may be processed in countries other than the one where you live, subject to applicable safeguards.

Changes and contact
